Camacho Studios – Booking Conditions

1. Reservations

Bookings are subject to availability and payment confirmation.
To confirm, the guest must pay according to the accommodation conditions.

Rates, deposit, cleaning fees, and other charges correspond to the values indicated on the accommodation page at the time of booking.

A security deposit is required to cover potential damages.
The deposit will be retained at check-in (in person) or up to 48 hours before arrival (for online check-in).

If no damage occurs, the deposit will be released within 7 days after check-out.
If damage occurs, the deposit will be retained until the costs are covered.

2. Payment Methods

Payment via American Express, Visa or MasterCard.
Guests must comply with any specific rules of the reserved accommodation.

3. Pre-Check-in

After booking, the reservation holder will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with important information about the accommodation and optional services (transfer, extra cleaning, crib).

Guests must complete the Accommodation Bulletin, providing arrival time, number of guests, and identification information (including foreign nationals, as required by SEF).

Number of guests cannot exceed the accommodation limit. Camacho Studios reserves the right to cancel reservations exceeding this limit.

4. Cancellation Policy

After confirmation:
a) Cancellation up to 30 days before check-in → 50% of total booking cost;
b) Cancellation less than 15 days before check-in → 100% of total booking cost.

In case of overbooking, Camacho Studios may relocate guests to another accommodation of the same category at no extra cost.

5. Stay Conditions

Reservation holder must be 18 years or older and stay for the entire period.
Minors may stay only if accompanied by the reservation holder.

No pets and no smoking inside the accommodation.

Guests must notify Camacho Studios of any damage.

6. Additional Services

Available upon request and subject to availability:

• Private transfer

• Extra cleaning and laundry

• Baby cots

Camacho Studios is not responsible for external service providers.

7. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 14:00

• Check-out: until 11:00

ID required.
Only one set of keys per reservation.
Lost keys (€30) and locksmith costs are the responsibility of the guest.

8. Cleaning, Linen, and Towels

Accommodation delivered clean with linen, towels, and basic toiletries.
Extra cleaning services are available for a fee.

Guests must leave the apartment in good condition and use public trash bins.

9. Equipment and Maintenance

Report malfunctions or doubts to Camacho Studios.
No alterations or removal of furniture or objects.
Camacho Studios may access the property for inspection, repair, or emergencies.

10. Noise, Security, and Conduct

Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00
Illegal or immoral activities are prohibited.
The reservation holder is responsible for all occupants.
Guests must switch off lights, air conditioning, and heating when leaving.

11. Liability

Camacho Studios is not responsible for incidents outside the accommodation, noise, utilities, third parties, or criminal acts.
Guests do not acquire tenancy rights; only temporary usage permission is granted.

12. Amendments and Applicable Law

Camacho Studios may update these terms.
By booking, guests accept them.
Governing law: Portuguese Law, jurisdiction: Judicial Court of Funchal, Madeira.
